I had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the cozy room which had a microwave and mini fridge, and the hot breakfast options were a nice touch. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for winding down after a long day. The walls were a bit thin, but it didn't really bother us! 🏊‍♂️

I really liked how clean and comfy the place was! The staff were super nice, and I loved having the complimentary coffee and tea. Parking was a breeze, which is awesome for travelers. However, the breakfast options were a bit basic, so I ended up grabbing food at Denny's nearby instead.

The hotel featured lovely decor with cheerful artwork, and the spacious lobby made it easy for seniors to navigate comfortably. The indoor pool area was inviting and well-lit, perfect for a relaxing break.

our stay at la quinta was fantastic! the staff was excellent, especially simeon at reception, who made us feel welcome after our long trip. the double room was very clean with comfy beds and pillows. we really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa tub for relaxation!

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service

I enjoyed a cozy night in a Deluxe King Room. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the friendly staff. The nearby pet area was well-maintained, perfect for my furry friend. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable. Do ask for a room away from the hallway for quieter nights.

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The parking situation was chaotic, with motorcycles blocking the unloading entrance, making it very difficult to get my luggage out. Additionally, I was given a second-level room despite my request for a ground floor, and the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. I was also disturbed by the strong smell of weed from the area outside my room, and the walls were thin, allowing for all the noise from nearby guests to interrupt my sleep.

The breakfast had a decent variety, and the staff seemed friendly for the most part. I did run into a couple of issues though. My shower was clogged, and even after requesting help, the problem wasn't resolved during my stay. Unfortunately, breakfast hours were confusing. I felt rushed at times, especially when I wanted to grab something before heading out early. The parking situation was also problematic. There were motorcycles blocking the unloading area, making it tough to get my luggage in and out. I also encountered some rude staff members who didn’t address my concerns seriously. Overall, the location is convenient with easy access to the freeway, and it’s pet-friendly, but some staff training on customer service could go a long way. It might make me think twice about returning.
